How do I find lost friends and classmates from UCF?

The UCF Alumni Association provides a secure online directory for alumni as part of the UCF Knights Network. Simply create an account and once your alumni profile is approved you will have access to the online directory. You will be able to search based on name, class year, major and much more. Should you not locate the Knight you are searching for, please use the following option(s).

The Alumni Associations offers an Alumni Locator Service, whereby we will attempt to locate a UCF alumnus or alumna for you.

How it works:

  • You should contact us at 407.823.2586 so we may assist you by gathering your contact info and info on the person you are trying to locate.

  • The Alumni Association will contact the person you are looking for if we have their current contact info.

  • The person for whom you are looking for will be given your contact info and can contact you directly.

  • The Alumni Association assumes no responsibility in an alumnus’ or alumna’s pursuit to find another.

How can I submit a class note to be published in Pegasus magazine?

It's easy and convenient. You can quickly complete a form or send us your news via email.

How do I purchase or renew an annual membership?

As of July 1, 2010, the UCF Alumni Association is now a non-dues-based organization, so there are no longer annual memberships that need to be renewed. The transition from our previous exclusive membership structure has allowed us to engage and include all 187,000 alumni of the university. We are now focused on our core function — cultivating relationships with our alumni and providing an ongoing connection with the university. If you have not received your new alumni key card, please contact us at 407.823.2586 or email us at knights@ucfalumni.com and we will be happy to send one to you.

How do I use my alumni key card?

Your alumni key card identifies you as an alumnus or alumna of UCF. Show your card to participating companies to receive alumni discounts, and use it as your ticket into alumni events, like our indoor tailgate parties.

Chapters and Clubs

How do I get involved with a chapter or club?

There are countless ways to stay connected on campus, in your community and around the globe through our chapters and clubs program. As an alumni, you are automatically a part of chapters and clubs specific to your geographic location, college or major. Check out the Chapters and Club Directory on our website to view a complete list of groups. You can also opt-in to receive information about a variety of constituent groups based on your interests. For more information, contact the volunteer leadership representatives or staff that are listed.

How do I start a chapter or club in my area?

Regional chapters and clubs are determined by the alumni population of a certain region, as well as volunteer interest. Although, at times, it is not feasible to start a chapter or club, the association is still more than willing to help you connect with alumni in your area. Please contact Jacey Brown, coordinator of regional programs, for more info.

On-CAMPUS Benefits/Services

As an alumnus/alumna, do I have any on-campus parking privileges?

As a courtesy to our Lifetime Participants, the association has purchased a number of parking passes to provide free, one-day campus parking privileges in any student lot. Parking passes can be picked up at the FAIRWINDS Alumni Center located directly across the street from the UCF Arena on Gemini Boulevard. Due to the limited number of parking passes available, we limit usage to one per month.

All other UCF alumni may purchase a parking permit, which has the same privileges as a regular staff permit (authorizing you to park in any staff or student lot, which includes any parking garage). Access the special parking eligibility letter to purchase a permit.

Alumni who fall under other categories covered by parking services, such as students, faculty or staff, are required to purchase their respective parking permits.

As an alumnus/alumna, do I have any on-campus library privileges?

UCF Alumni Association Lifetime Participants enjoy free borrowing privileges at the main campus. For more info, call 407.823.2562. If you are not a Lifetime Participant, you can purchase an annual library card from the library for $60. Due to the expense of licensing, online access to the library is available only to current UCF students.

As an alumnus/alumna, do I have access to any career services?

All UCF alumni have free access to the many services offered by the UCF Career Services and Experiential Learning. UCF alumni can also make appointments with our new career counselor, Kitty Boynton. Please visit our career resources page for more information.

Is there an alumni discount for the Recreation and Wellness Center?

Yes. UCF alumni who present their alumni key card are eligible to purchase a membership for the Recreation and Wellness Center. Rates are $32 per month for limited access or $64 per month for unlimited access. Visit the Recreation and Wellness Center’s website for limited and unlimited membership days and hours. The center includes a cardiovascular area, indoor track, 40-foot climbing wall, indoor basketball and volleyball courts, and aerobic and fitness classes. For more info, call 407.823.2408.

Is the FAIRWINDS Alumni Center available to rent for special events?

Yes! The FAIRWINDS Alumni Center is an ideal location to host a conference, an executive retreat or even the social event of the year. And, UCF alumni receive a discounted rate! Contact Ann Allen at 407.UCF.ALUM (823.2586) for more info.
