World Learning Tour of Spain

This program is open to the general public

Summer A: June 6 to June 14, 2010

The UCF World Learning Tours series begins in the region of Castilla & Leon, which includes much of northern Spain. The River Duero runs through the ancient kingdom of Castile where medieval castles stand guard over a landscape of cereal plains and vineyards. The River Duero is famous for the production of exceptional red wines by Rioja and white wines in Rueda. The program starts in Madrid, and then proceeds through the historical and popular cities of Segovia, Valladolid, Santiago de Compostela, as well as a sample of villages that will transport us to the region’s past through their ancient monasteries, inns, and wine cellars.

Join us for an unforgettable educational opportunity in Castilla & Leon.
