Health Services Administration Alumni Chapter Establishes Scholarship for Graduate Students.

The Health Services Administration (HSA) Alumni Chapter announced some exciting news at their signature event, The State of Health Care Symposium in March. Through pledges from each of the chapter officers, the alumni chapter established a scholarship for master's students in the Health Services Administration program.

The alumni chapter has set a goal of raising $10,000 by March of 2010 for this dedicated scholarship fund for HSA students. This will be the only scholarship in the College of Health and Public Affairs offered solely to master's students studying in the HSA program. "This scholarship is one way for our alumni to give back to the Health Services program and students. This is a traditional we hope we will be able to continue with support from the community, faculty and former students of the program, said Kevin Lenhart, chair of the HSA Alumni Chapter."
