Honoring Jennifer Kesse

March 25, 2011   |   Notable Knights

On Jan. 24, 2006, Jennifer Kesse, ’03, disappeared. Her family and friends have never stopped searching for her. To honor their daughter, Drew and Joyce Kesse, along with others connected to Jennifer, established the Jennifer Kesse Criminal Justice Endowed Scholarship at UCF. The scholarship is the first to solely support students in UCF’s master’s degree program in criminal justice.

“We learned that the first responders are the most important people in any crime,” says Drew. “We want to turn out the best law enforcement officers who are first responders.”

The Kesse family invites friends and community members to contribute to the scholarship fund. To give online, visit www.cohpa.ucf.edu and click on “give a gift.” Under “donation information,” select “The Jennifer Kesse Criminal Justice Endowed Scholarship.” To assist in the search for Jennifer, visit www.jenniferkesse.com.
