'70s
Mick Lochridge, ’74, joined the Florida Dairy Farmers as senior manager of industry relations.
1 Stephen Charpentier, ’78, was named a “Super Lawyer” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine for 2008, 2009 and 2010. In addition, he was appointed to serve as chair of the board of trustees for Brevard Community College by former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, who also appointed him to the 18th Circuit Judicial Nominating Committee.
'80s
2 Victor Collazo, ’80, student development coordinator at Valencia Community College’s West Campus, was inducted into the Florida Community College Activities Association Hall of Fame. He was recognized for his years of service to community college students.
Gerald Watson, ’80, was hired as senior vice president of commercial banking at Florida Bank of Commerce.
Pamela Odell Salvetti, ’81, UCF Alumni Association board member, joined SunTrust bank as assistant vice president and trust advisor.
Brian Stokes, ’81, partner in the Orlando office of Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford PA, was named a “Super Lawyer” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine.
3 Roberta Lyon, ’84, and Julia Lyon, ’85, along with current student Jacqueline Chene, are part of three generations of UCF Knights.
Lynne DeMarsh Cheek, ’85, works as a case manager for Rue & Ziffra PA in Port Orange, FL.
4 Christina Pinto, ’86, was selected to serve as vice chair for the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund of Florida.
5 Keith White, ’89, was appointed to the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court (serving Orange and Osceola counties) by former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist. Keith served as chair of the UCF Alumni Association board of Directors in 2009-2010 and practiced law with Broad and Cassel from 1992 until this appointment.

Dawn Marzlock, ’90, is the producer and host of Yoga with Dawn, her own daily yoga show on BrightHouse VisionTV Channel 198, and as seen on the web at www.visiontv.us.
Nick Conte, ’91, was named executive director of the Deland (FL) Area Chamber of Commerce. He had been director of technology for the Daytona Beach Area Convention & visitors bureau for the past nine years.
6 James Hasley, ’94, certified financial planner, was featured in the September issue of Newsweek, which applauded him for his recommendation for wealth protection with the use of disability income.
John Mahony, ’96, was named one of the Orlando Business Journal's “Top 10 Businessmen to Watch” for 2010.
7 Neal Renuart, ’96, senior audit manager at BKHM CPA, was appointed to the board of directors of the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival for a one-year term.
Sarah (Ostendorp) Bezugly, ’99, and husband John welcomed daughter Natalia Maria on March 27, 2010. Natalia joins big brother Alan, 3. The family resides in Orlando.
Richard Brimer, ’99, is a corporate pilot for a private company based in Miami.
Dedra Curtis, ’99, won Mrs. Florida-America’s “People’s Choice,” as well as “Mrs. Congeniality” and “Most Involved” (in the community). Dec. 2-4, she represented Florida in the American Spirit Pageant, hosted by celebrity emcee Mario Lopez.

Eric Avena, ’00, seaman, completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command in Great lakes, IL.
8 Jere Brokaw, ’02, and Kristi (Yutzy), ’05, welcomed son Lukas on Sept. 4. The family resides in Oviedo, Fl.

Spencer Hawkins, ’02, earned the certified emergency manager designation from the International Association of Emergency Managers.
9 Kristin (Zangenberg) Fortier, ’03, and husband Sean, ’03, welcomed daughter Kate on Sept. 29.
Bill Alt, ’04, was hired as the clinical nurse educator of the emergency department, chest pain unit and urgent care center at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL.
Salvatore Flauto, ’04, petty officer, completed Naval nuclear power training in Ballston, NY.
Adam Lacoste, ’04, and Katie Fenimore, ’09, were married Oct. 16 in Orlando.
Joshua Mullis, ’04, petty officer third class, along with 1,200 fellow sailors and marines assigned to amphibious transport dock ship USS Dubuque (LPD-8), homeported in San Diego, reached the midway point of his deployment in support of anti-piracy in the Pacific region.
10 Drew Ranostaj, ’04, and Melissa Fox, ’10, were married July 24 in Winter Park, FL. UCF alumni in the wedding party included Ambia Valentine, ’01; Kevin Chinfatt, ’03; best man Steve Alianiello, ’04; Christopher Brown, ’05; and maid of honor April Fox, ’10. The couple entered their reception to UCF Football fan favorite Zombie Nation. The newlyweds reside in Orlando, where Drew is the national sales manager for Medite Inc. and Melissa is a fourth-grade teacher for Seminole County Public Schools.
Christopher Cochran, ’05, and Jagie Villajos were married Nov. 13 in Oviedo. Christopher is an aircraft part buyer for Airtran Airways in Orlando. The couple plans to move to Dallas once the Southwest Airlines merger with Airtran is complete.
11 Terry Tullis, ’05, and Amanda Ammons, ’05, were married May 29 in Titusville, FL. UCF alumni in the wedding party included best man Kyle Kendall, ’03; Alyssa Corsaro,’04; Brian Kopakin, ’05; Jaqueline Viera, ’05; and Katherine Klapsa, ’06. The couple resides in Titusville, where Terry works as a mechanical engineer for Nelson Engineering Company and Amanda works as a high school teacher for brevard Public Schools.

12 Antonio Hasegawa, ’06, and Christie Archer, ’10, were married Aug. 21 in Orlando. UCF alumni in the wedding party included best man Noah Brown, ’06; Curtis Ferry, ’06; and Kira Dahlquist, ’07. UCF students Amber Hasegawa and Tristan Reynolds also participated in the ceremony. The couple resides in Orlando, where Antonio is an electrical engineer for Lockheed Martin and Christie is an assistant director of undergraduate admissions at UCF.

14 Ryan Ossowski, ’07, was the recipient of the 2009 Elijah Watt Sells award based on his excellent 16 CPA exam scores, which were among the 10 highest in the nation.
Jennifer Andrews, ’08, was promoted to copywriter at full-service marketing and communications agency Fry Hammond Barr.
15 Allana Eads, ’08, and Nathan Howey were married on the boardwalk at Walt Disney World on Oct. 10.
Paula Detellis, ’08, serves as camp director for Camp Woodhaven, a nine-week summer day camp program in West Boylston, MA. Paula and her husband started the camp in 2002, and it has since grown to 275 children per week.
16 Adrienne Gourley, ’08, was promoted from staff accountant to semi-senior accountant in the tax department of James Moore & Co.
17 Vanessa Ezeta, ’09, was promoted to junior account manager at Evok Advertising.
